Farmhouse Cottage

Back in 2011, this home was nearly torn down before being completely reimagined from the ground up. We gutted, rewired, and redesigned the entire layout—selecting every finish and furnishing it from scratch. A couple years before Chip and Joanna went live and farmhouse became mainstream, we were using subway tile, butcher block, and even concrete countertops—driven by budget, but also a bit ahead of the curve. Nearly 15 years later, it still feels relevant. That’s why we focus on timeless design that also nudges the edge of where trends are headed—creating spaces that last.
